The festival is expected to bring in 10,000 people over 2 days.

EXHIBITORS
Mars New Year is a celebration of space exploration and STEAM education.
Exhibitors should have activities that celebrate these areas, and ideally hands on for the best public engagement.
There is no cost to exhibit, but all exhibits must be pre-approved by the MNY Committee.

VENDORS
Food and beverage vendors, and any vendor with retail sales will have a $200 fee to attend.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS & VENDORS
Only Mars New Year Committee approved exhibitors and vendors are able to attend..
MAJOR DATES:
May 9, 2025 - Final deadline for all paperwork.
June 1, 2025 or before - Approved vendors and exhibitors will be sent additional set up instructions.
SETUP:
Friday June 6, 2025 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Tear down can begin at 8PM on June 7th.
During setup and tear down limited access to a given booth area may result due to other exhibitors and vendors arrival or departure.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Friday June 6, 2025 5 PM - 10 PM
Saturday June 6, 2025 2 PM - 10 PM
All exhibits and vendors must remain open during hours of event operation. Exhibitors and vendors are required to staff booths during hours of event operation, unless otherwise directed by a MNY Board representative.
SECURITY NOTICE:
Please be aware that the festival area is on open streets. Trained security personnel will be on-site during all off-festival hours to ensure the safety and protection of the event grounds, equipment, and property. Exhibitors and vendors should secure their booths and valuables as best they can as they see needed.
SPACES:
Nominally a 10 ft from curb street space will be assigned. You will request a given space format on the application form. If using a trailer, space is defined from the tongue of any trailer, if used, and / or to the edge of any awnings. These will be reviewed upon special request and must be approved prior.
Exhibitor to provide any tables, chairs, tenting, etc. If a tent is used, tent weights are required. It should also be noted that tent weights offer some protection,but do not protect for all weather situations.
ELECTRICITY:
In most cases, electricity will not be provided.
GIVEAWAYS:
All giveaways must be approved prior to the event weekend.

INSURANCE:
No vendors or exhibitors will be permitted to participate without proof of insurance.
